		<description><![CDATA[I made this tonight to use in Cuban Sandwiches and it rocked!  I totally forgot to marinate the meat first and just threw everything in the crock pot and it still turned out great.  I know it will be even more wonderful the next time I make it and remember to marinate it!  :)]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I cooked this for supper tonight using half of a pork tenderloin.  Instead of marinating (I had just read the recipe and was in a hurry) I slowly poured the sauce over the top of my loin in the crock pot (I didn&#039;t cut it either).  Then I added 1/4c water because I didn&#039;t think there&#039;d be enough liquid.

It came out moist, tender, and flavorful.  My only wish was that I had a working stove so I could have made wild rice to go with it.

I&#039;ll be keeping this recipe and will make it again.]]></description>
