Very yummy and now after ready the other comments I will keep the chicken the veggies separate. I had used my red pepper for something else so I added fresh mushrooms instead. The chicken did not stay crunchy, but it was still yummy.

I made this as-is – just changed up the veggies – and got rave reviews from all!! Definitely a keeper!

Really tasty, although a bit labor intensive with dredging all the bite size pieces. I’d still make again though.

This was fantastic! I have 4 children and they ALL loved it (which is unheard of)! Husband enjoyed it too! Only thing I didn’t like was that it was very time-consuming to cook all the chicken (I used 4 breasts). I did it in batches as suggested. Maybe I just need a bigger pan so I can do it all at once? I still gave it top rating though because it was delicious and healthy! Thanks!

I am a salt watcher due to blood pressure issues so when i am using soy sauce, i try to not use it elsewhere. People who want more salt, can add it but I can’t take it out!
