This recipe has my two favorite things: Easy and YUMMY! I was out of cumin, so I used the entire packet of the Taco Seasoning. It worked great.

Super easy and tasty. I drained and rinsed my beans but put the tomato liquid in the pot. I also mixed the meat in and broke it up about half way through the cooking time. This one is a keeper.

This is a perfect recipe for a busy day. I love that there is very little required to prepare this dish. It’s healthy and delicious. I used white kidney beans because that’s what was on hand otherwise, I followed as is.
