Thought I'd give this a try tonight and was thrilled with the smells that filled my house! However, the flavor was a bit bland. I know it would have been MUCH better with a pork shoulder, but I was making due with what I had. Thankfully the BBQ sauce saved the day and we still had a yummy dinner.

So yummy! The recipe didn't state if it needed to be cooked on low or high for 5 hours. I cooked it on low, and after 6 hours the pork still didn't shred very easily. So I'm not sure if I didn't cook it on the right setting or if I just used a differed cut of pork. Regardless, it was great!

Yum! I have been trying new recipes every night for the past couple of weeks, all from this site. This is the first one that my husband and I both agreed was outstanding! It took mine 5 1/2 hours to cook, and I buttered and toasted the buns in a pan before serving. Thanks!
