		<description><![CDATA[I tried this using 1 c. of dried quinoa instead of pasta. It made a wonderful hearty stew! (I can only fit 1 can of beans and 1-2 cups of broth in my crockpot.) This recipe is a keeper in my house. Thanks again!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Scrumptious! Like the previous commenter, my crockpot wasn&#039;t big enough for the full quantity of this recipe. I filled it with everything except the liquids and pasta and then added broth right up to the lip. It&#039;s my general preference to use less broth than most recipes call for because my husband likes the heartiest of hearty soups. We came home to a heavenly aroma in the house! I dumped the crockpot contents into a pot so I could add the pasta and simmer until cooked. So delicious! I&#039;ve switched from regular Italian sausage to the poultry sausage available at Wegmans. It tastes just the same, but has fewer calories. Plus, they sell it in patties so there&#039;s no need to squeeze raw meat out of the casing. Thanks for sharing this recipe!]]></description>
