		<description><![CDATA[This was fabulous! I was a little afraid of it because it seemed so simple. But, all the flavors work so well together! It&#039;s like your old-fashion roast, just stepped up a notch. I&#039;ve since made the basic recipe with chuck roasts and loved it just as much. My family thanks me every time this is on the menu. The leftovers (I double it in order to have leftovers.) work great as stew later that week. Mushrooms make a great little addition and I also thicken the broth with a little flour/water mixture. This is a keeper!]]></description>
