I used 4 jalapeno peppers instead of serrano, and it was pretty spicy. I think next time I’ll cut it down to 3.

It made a lot of chicken, which my partner also loved, and with the leftovers I used it to make quesadillas. Spread some of the chicken on a tortilla, cover with shredded cheese and some spinach (just things I had in the fridge), put on another tortilla and put it in the toaster oven. So good! Thanks for the recipe, I will be making it again
