Italian seasoning (I read somewhere it&#039;s similar to Thyme), basil, and parsley... and I used 4 cups water, 4 cups chicken stock, and 4 boullion cubes. I like things salty though (obviously!). :) Also served it with homemade cornbread... delicious!]]></description>
