		<description><![CDATA[While the end product didn&#039;t remind me of Chicken Parmesan - more like a chicken lasagna or chicken spaghetti - I gave it 5 mitts because it was super-easy, super-delicious and a huge hit with my family.  I added 1/2 a diced onion and a clove or two of finely-diced garlic, but that didn&#039;t add much effort to the prep. For those wanting to know, the spaghetti sauce I used was a tall can of Hunt&#039;s spicy red pepper sauce, which is my favourite spaghetti sauce base.

I suspect this would freeze well too.

Will definitely do this recipe again.  I may even be able to teach my husband to do it without me, making it EVEN EASIER!]]></description>
