It’s rare that I just make a recipe as is – I always tweak it. But I followed the recipe exactly for once. Very easy, Very good. I think it would also be good using salsa instead of the diced tomatoes.

I did make the whole thing on the stove and it worked well. My crockpot is getting old, so I knew if the recipe said 2 hours it would take at least 3, and I didn’t have the time. Just keep the temperature low on the stove so the cheese doesn’t stick to the pan.
