		<description><![CDATA[Wonderful...!!!  Seasoned a boneless, skinless turkey breast with garlic, Italian seasoning, poultry seasoning and sage before adding the butter pieces.  It did smell mouth-watering all afternoon, and was meltingly moist and tender.  

There is enough turkey left to make a sandwich or two tomorrow...or I might make gravy from the liquid left over, and serve hot turkey sandwiches with mashed potatoes tomorrow evening...
