I have never made crock pot lasagna before, but I highly recommend this recipe. It was the absolute easiest and best lasagna ever. I had to break the lasagna noodles in half to fit them in my crock pot, and I didn't use quite a pound of lasagna noodles, but it was fantastic! I enjoyed the fact that the noodles were not crunchy, and the cheese did not get overdone. I did use oven-ready lasagna noodles also. My daughter, who is not a spaghetti sauce fan, absolutely loved this! She had two servings!
