This was really yummy! Due to time constraints and lack of ingredients in my cabinet, I made some minor changes. I only used 1 cup of ketchup and substituted tomato paste and water for the second cup. I didn't Tabasco, so I used siracha instead. Since I didn't have 8 hours, I used my Dutch oven. I heated the sauce and put in the ribs on the stove top, let it come to a boil to get it going, then put the whole thing in the oven at 325 for 3 hours. Falling off the bone tender and ymmy!

My pickiest eater not only ate this but had seconds. My hubby told me to never make it again because it was so good and he couldn't stop eating it! I will say that I think decent ribs make this meal...I made it a second time for my parents and the ribs I bought were just so-so. Everyone raved but I could tell a difference between great ribs and just okay ribs.
