This was excellent. Made it tonight and both my husband and I enjoyed it. I skipped the homemade bread crumbs and used store bought italian crumbs and needed to add a bit more milk to the gravy as was a little thick for our liking. Served it with green beans and wild rice. Will definitely be adding this to the rounds. Thanks for a great idea!!
