		<description><![CDATA[Very yummy.  Chicken took much longer to cook.  I did 350 for 35 minutes and the outside was still pink so I put it up to 390 for another 35 (checking every ten) until it was finished.  I will definately make it again but I will cook it longer at a higher temperature and then broil it for longer as well because my husband LOVED the little crusty pieces.]]></description>

The seasoning was so great though.  We served it over basmati rice (seasoned with saffron, curry power and chicken bullion) and naan bread.  I will definately be making this again!  ]]></description>
