My boyfriend told me that this needs to be in my permanent rotation...and I completely agree. It was so hot out yesterday, I didn't feel like putting together an elaborate meal - but this was perfect - while it marinated, I was able to get the sides ready - and everything just went in the oven together. Just in time for our show last night!

Thanks for the great recipe - hopefully next time I'll be able to plan a little more ahead and let this marinate longer, but it was delicious with the 2 hours!

This was really good! The best part was the honey drizzled on top. It wouldn't have been the same without it. For sure.

These were really good. i modified it slightly. i used freshly grated ginger, fresh garlic, 2 Tbsp flour, minced fresh parsley, omitted the seasoned salt (used a pinch of sea salt instead). i sprayed with cooking spray olive oil and didn't have a problem with smoke.

my favorite part was drizzling honey over the warm chicken, it made the chicken sticky sweet and oh-so-good. i'll definitely make this again, though i might omit the honey from the marinade. thanks for the recipe

Delicious! ; ) . . . I agree with the smokey issue, and I also agree with soaking overnight or longer, the flavor was great! Using fresh ginger in the marinade is a great idea!

I made these for an office pot-lock, they were a HUGE hit! Very simple to make and quite delicious. I did not drizzle with honey either, just because I made a large amount and didn't want them too messy. However, I thought they were sweet enough all by themselves. Great recipe! I will for sure make this again! Thank you for sharing! : )

ps. I did find my chicken stuck to the wire racks when I needed to flip, you might add spraying the racks with cooking spray to the prep, you don't want any of that delicious breading getting lost. ; )

This is already a go-to recipe for me. I usually have all of these ingredients on hand, so it's a great weeknight recipe. We really like this with some broccoli steamed with garlic, and sesame noodles. Next time I make it I'd like to try using fresh ginger in the marinade, but not in the coating, since I feel that would make this very strong.

Delicious. I only marinated for 2 hours; I would probably do it longer or overnight in the future. I drizzled honey on mine and my husband used ketchup. We were both pleased with the taste. I skipped the oil and didn't have any problems.
