		<description><![CDATA[This was FANTASTIC. Definitely the best Chinese I&#039;ve ever made at home. I used seasoned rice vinegar instead of cider vinegar and just a dash of red pepper flakes. I breaded the chicken and cooked it in about 2 TBS of olive oil, adding a little more when it dried out. It worked well, the chicken cooked through and browned nicely in about 15 minutes. Served over brown rice with a side of stir fry veggies. YUMMY!]]></description>
