I am trying to figure out if I am missing something or did something wrong? My chicken came out super crispy on one side and soggy on the bottom. I even broiled at the end as suggested. Also my 8 pieces of chicken did not fit in the 9 x 13 baking dish. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Anyway, needless to say my family and I were not a fan & It was definitely not worth all the calories!

This recipe is my new “go to” chicken recipe! To solve this, I reduced the amount of onion powder but used it anyway and I poured the melted butter over the chicken after baking and let it soak in before serving. This with a baked sweet potato and some steamed veggies made a flavorful, easy and nutritious meal.
