A meal I threw together that turned out pretty good. The seaweed gives a light flavor that’s unexpected but good in this dish.
The amounts/portions of the ingredients can be easily adjusted to your own personal preference.
Boil the water for your pasta. While that is boiling, start sautéing the shrimp in the butter, olive oil and garlic. I used more garlic because it’s so yummy! Add pasta to boiling water. After the shrimp is cooked (and you can use any type of shrimp you like), remove it from the pan, leaving any drippings. Turn heat down and add the cream to the pan with the drippings. As it simmers, tear up the seaweed and add it to the sauce. Simmer for a few minutes, toss with shrimp and serve over cooked/drained pasta.
