Really yummy and super creamy. I loved the addition of cream cheese and brown gravy. The only thing I did differently, only because I don’t like the lumps dry gravy mix can leave, is whisk the dry gravy mix with milk before I added it to the hamburger.

I have a stroganoff recipe for round steak, but I’m always looking for something new to do with hamburger…this fits the bill perfectly for my family.
