My husband saw me getting the ingrediants out and started to complain that we didn’t have time for a decadent dinner…20 minutes later the food was on the table and I got to say “I told you so!” Haha, it tasted great! I loved the flavor the dijon gave it and the marmalade added a nice sweetness. I didn’t let it sit long enough for the sauce to thicken much but it was really great over the rice. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
