Not sure why cream chipped beef gets such a bum wrap, we love the stuff! Made it for breakfast one morning during a snowstorm; such comfort food and really fueled us up for a day of shoveling. I got my dried beef freshly sliced at our deli and just diced it up into the white sauce. Good stuff!
