I don’t use ricotta either, but have always used sour cream, so I was intrigued by the cream cheese. The cream cheese was wonderful and gave it such a rich flavor. Also, I could never figure out why my lasagna was always so runny. Putting the noodles on a tea towel is a stroke of genius!
