I’m not a big fan of green chiles, so I dumped in a cup of french-style green beans instead. YUM! What a super dish. The BBQ sauce gives it a tangy taste, but is not too sweet – which my hubby really liked. We also really like the crunch (and taste) of the bacon. This is a keeper for sure. Thx for sharing!!

I loved this recipe! I didn’t put the chiles in because I’m not a big fan, but everything else was perfection. I was nervous the biscuits were going to burn, but I rotated my pan and put it on a lower shelf about 3/4 through and that seemed to do the trick. I can’t wait for leftovers tomorrow night!

I made mine with ground turkey and turkey bacon and it still turned out fantastic.

I can see many possibilities for switching out veggies, different meats and sauces, but I’m not saying that it would improve it, it doesn’t need improving!
