I can’t rate the sauce, because I didn’t make it, but I think it looks like a good sauce. This was the first time I ever tried to cook country style ribs. This method of cooking was perfect! The ribs were still so moist! I made a honey-mustard sauce to baste mine with and rubbed it with a cajun sauce AND brown sugar. It was great!
