		<description><![CDATA[this turned out excellent, I was afraid the coffee grounds would be an issue with dental crevices, but to my surprise it caused little issues and overall the steak was great. I may have made sure, however to use a finer grind of coffee, an espresso grind maybe, or if you did what I did and ground your own coffee, add an extra 3 minutes to the grind you think is already fine enough - just to get those bits a little smaller...]]></description>
