It was easy to prepare and tasted fabulous! Only one problem….I cooked it for one hour (as directed) and the potatoes and carrots were still rock hard. I ended up having to cook the dish twice as long as the recipe called for. Next time, I will pre-cook the carrots & potatoes before putting them in the pan but there will be a next time because it was delish.
