		<description><![CDATA[I completely understand, my hubby is not a big fan either but I would make it again with shrimp for him.  Just whip up the coconut curry broth and add in a pound or two of raw shrimp and cook for about 5-10 minutes until they&#039;re cooked through. It&#039;s even better the next day for lunch when the favors have all blended together.]]></description>
