I did not make the sauce, so I cannot comment on that. However, the chicken tenders were D-E-Licous! So good. Even my husband, who was skeptical as to "why would someone try to improve on a good thing" was sold, and gave it two thumbs up. I used to babysit for a girl who got these type of tenders frozen from whole foods. Yours beat them out! Loved it!

I thought the whole thing was a little overly sweet. We liked the coconut batter enough to start using it on shrimp, but no one in my family cared for the sauce.

These are amazing! This is one of my all-time favorite recipes! I've tried spraying them breaded tenders with peanut oil and baking them... it turns out that you really do have to fry them, or it's like a completely different (not very good) recipe. So I just splurge on the frying and will only make them once or twice a year.

This is very good. Everybody liked it but one who proclaimed she "hates coconut". In any case, it's a little bit of work to make, but very delicious.

I've cooked this a handful of times, and it's always been very tasty. I don't use that much sauce, so it's not too sweet for us. I also pair it with something mild to balance out the strong flavors/sweetness of the dish.

Very good! However it made way to much sauce for what we needed. I may also try stepping it up a notch next time and add a little hot sauce to the dipping sauce.

My family thought this was so good! It was sweet, but we paired it with a salty side dish. I did change one thing. I used apricot preserves instead of orange marmalade in the sauce because that is what we had on hand. There was a ton of sauce, but I just saved it for future use.
