		<description><![CDATA[Delicious! I made this last night and we loved it. I joined this site to review the recipe. I actually had all the stuff on hand to make this! I only used 1 zucchini but added in an orange bell pepper. Also added a little red wine, Worcestershire sauce, a pinch of sugar and some fresh minced parsley. I let it simmer with the lid cracked open a bit for 30 minutes . I used the penne (16 ounce box) and tossed it up with all the sauce. Served each bowl with fresh shredded Parmesan cheese over the top and more parsley. Also served garlic bread. Will add this to my ground turkey recipes for sure! Very tasty, thanks for sharing!]]></description>
