		<description><![CDATA[I was wary of the curdled sour cream (they sounded heavenly until I got to that part. um, ew.), so I used a Rotisserie chicken, waited until it was room temperature, and shredded it.  I cooked the bacon, etc., but did not heat everything together - I just mixed it in a bowl so that it stayed room temperature.  Instead of baking, I just drizzled oil in my cast iron pan and seared the chimi&#039;s on each side.  The result was delicious with no curdling!  Yay!]]></description>
