I used Classico basil pesto, and used 2 small jars. I LOVE pesto, so I wanted it to be strong, but if you use less, it would still taste good. The recipe ended up making a ton of quinoa, so we’ll probably have to use the leftovers with other things, but other than that, I wouldn’t change anything. I LOVE this recipe and will be making it again! Thanks!
