We ate it and liked it. I was all out of apple juice, but happened to have apple cider on hand and it did just fine. I would like to make this again and bump up the flavor a little. I am thinking of trying just a little bit of Gorgonzola cheese crumbled into the sauce. Gorgonzola plays really nicely with apples and I think that the addition would bump it up to four or five mitts. Thanks for sharing. I loved breaking away from standard alfredo sauce.
