To be fair, I did forget to add the milk to it. Next time, I will add the cooked rice to the dish before cooking and also add some sour cream and cheese to the sauce. My husband enjoyed it and he does not like broccoli!

It’s kind of bland, and it’s really fattening. And I’m wondering if Paula Deen has a very similar recipe in one of her cookbooks.
