My man likes finger food...anything that's 'a little unit'. So I gave these a whirl. I substituted goat cheese for the cream cheese (that's what I had on hand). These were easy and tasty. The only thing I would change is the baking temperature. I didn't let them cook long enough, apparently, and they didn't poof as much as they should have. The instructions on the pastry's packaging recommended baking at 400 degrees, which is what I will try next time. Puff pastry apparently needs a good amount of heat to generate steam quickly and puff the pastry. Other than that, this recipe is a keeper! Good for dinner or as an appetizer.
