I used a 6oz box Ben’s Original Long Grain & Wild Rice (I did not use the seasoning packet) and I also used unsalted butter with the stuffing. I baked 3-9oz chicken breasts for this. I did season the casserole with some Bell’s poultry seasoning, black pepper, garlic and onion powder.
This might be my all-time favorite casserole! It would be great for a holiday or company. Also great to take to someone that needs a meal like a new mom. I will definitely make this again!
