I didn’t have the packet of taco seasoning, but used Mojito Lime marinade mix instead…yum. I like that you didn’t need to put it in a tortilla(saved the calories). Served it with a side of Black Beans, Corn, and Brown Rice

They were GREAT and so easy. We just put the cooked packet contents on soft burrito-sized tortilla shells with a little sour cream and they were awesome. Definitely something I’ll make again.
