I used 3 lbs. of frozen, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, added another can of cream of chicken soup, used 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese instead of Velveeta, and used asparagus instead of celery. It was very easy to make, and has such a wonderful flavor. We will definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing!
