		<description><![CDATA[Oh my, oh my, this was so good. Next time I will do a couple of things differently. I used my food processor to shred cabbage . . . next time I&#039;ll just slice it. I think larger pieces would be better. Also, I didn&#039;t wedge slice my apples but did whole slices &amp; they were too big, so I&#039;ll definitely slice into wedges next time.  Oh, I will also brown my sausages a little first and use more. I used the Harris Teeter brand of Chicken Apple Sausages and they were yummy.  This was my husband&#039;s favorite part as he&#039;s not a big fan of cabbage &amp; apples mixed together.]]></description>
