Thank you! I had never heard of prepared pepper spread until we recently got a Trader Joe’s in our city and that’s where I found it. But I have seen different variations of it at other grocery stores near the olives and pickles. It’s basically pureed red peppers with spices. The label says you can use it to add flavor to sauces and chili. Since I had some on-hand I threw it in the mix.

Keep trying and inventing new ways to cook your favorites and the new recipes you pick out to try. The adventure and knowledge gained will not only affect you but those that you serve as well. And at the end of the day, the satisfied look and perhaps even smiles or a heartfelt thank you, makes your heart glow. I am looking forward to cooking your dish.
