I’m not a pot pie fan, generally, but even I liked this. The rest of the family also enjoyed it. It did take longer to prepare than 15 minutes. I probably could have used my prep time more efficiently and that may have been the reason. But, if you absolutely have to have this on the table in an hour, be aware that it may take more time than what is listed.
