I did change these quite a bit, but they were really good! I used reduced fat cream cheese, and added sauteed mushrooms & green onions and a bit of thawed frozen spinach. I also threw in a handful of parmesan. When I opened my crescent rolls (reduced fat also), they were all weird and ripped, so I ended up just making 2 big popovers instead of the 4. I baked them for about the same time.. 35 minutes, because the filling was already warm when I put them together. YUM!!! This is a great base recipe! Thanks, SuzieQ!

I have been making these for my kids for quite some time. My boys beg for them. I do not use parsley or onion, though. When I'm in a hurry I just use chicken, cream cheese, and crescent rolls. I have also made them with broccoli, and another time I added some frozen spinach (microwaved to heat and drained) and garlic powder. Both ways were good, but my kids preferred the spinach/garlic version.
