I was looking for some inspiration for some plain 'ol chicken breasts I had knocking around the fridge when I found this recipe. I'd never made (or had!) chicken parm before, so I wasn't really sure what to look for in a recipe. I like this version because even though I didn't have all the ingredients she listed, I was still able to make it with some minor adjustments (panko instead of italian bread crumbs, provolone slices instead of shredded cheese, & homemade sauce). It was very yummy! Definitely a crowd pleaser. And I have enough leftovers for another dinner. :) Great dish!
