		<description><![CDATA[I made this two nights ago with whole wheat pasta and it was awesome. Being that I made 5 breasts I had left overs for last night only I made them into chicken parm sandwiches on fresh rolls from the farmers market. I sliced the chicken so it would lay nicely on the roll , topped with more red gravy and mozzarella and put under the broiler. Yum, better than the hoagie shops in Philly. Thanks for the recipe.]]></description>
