		<description><![CDATA[I was looking for a marinade for the mango kiwi salsa for chicken and i tried this marinade, it was absolutely delicious.  I doubled the recipe and added about 1/3 cup of pineapple juice and 1/2 of the dijon mustard called for.  It was sooo good with the salsa.  Served it with white rice and broccoli.  Thanks for the great recipe.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I used this on boneless/skinless chicken breasts and it was really good!!!  Next time I hope to have time to actually marinate it for a while.  

But this time I just seasoned the chicken with my own little concoction then grilled it on one side, flipped it, basted it, flipped it, basted it, and then added more and turned off the grill to let it cook in a little.  GREAT!! 

My grillmaster hubby loved it too!]]></description>
