These are the best fajitas I've had since moving from the southwest two years ago!
I made Ree's pico and guacamole with them - fabulous! Also, I cooked chicken and veggies on an electric skillet since we don't have a grill. Worked very well!

This is the best marinade for chicken fajitas! I marinade the chicken for up to 2 hours. It gives it a more intense flavor.

We don't have a grill, so I cook the chicken on the stove in a skillet. Then when done, I remove the chicken and keep worm. Then in the same skillet I cook some sliced onions and peppers in a little butter until soft. Slice the chicken and serve.

Great with Ree's homemade tortillas! Thanks for a great marinade recipe!

Tried these tonight. SO easy, and the marinade/sauce gave these fajitas a delicous flavor. I almost couldn't believe it. Now, I was cooking indoors, so I put the chicken on our George Foreman and just cooked the onions and peppers in a skillet on the stove. Once they were nearly done, I dumped in the reserved marinade from the chicken and simmered it down for a couple of minutes. I served them with Ree's Restaurant-style Salsa, cheese, and sour cream. Fantastic!
