		<description><![CDATA[Great idea!  SO simple!  We&#039;ve done this twice now with both ground chicken and ground turkey (though I didn&#039;t much care of the texture of the ground chicken).  

We actually grilled these!  It makes them slightly healthier, plus grilling just adds that extra &quot;oomph&quot; that grilling will do having that open flame on the burger.  

The Parmesan crisps really made an extra special touch!  Never thought about doing something like that...and SURPRISINGLY EASY!  I don&#039;t own a silicone mat yet, so I used parchment paper instead and it worked out really well too.  

Thoroughly enjoyed having another healthy burger option in my rotation!  Thanks!]]></description>
