I found it a little difficult to stuff the shells – my filling seemed a bit thick (I couldn’t get the suggested pastry bag method to work very well) and I’m thinking that steaming or microwaving the broccoli might be helpful. I like the ranch flavor carried over into the marinara. I’ll definitely make this again, loved the taste!
