		<description><![CDATA[Very yummy!!  Easy to make...the most time-consuming bit is getting the meat off the chicken bones, but that fits nicely into the time that the rice is cooking.  My one word of advice - if you are at all a wuss about heat, maybe start with a bit less Cayenne pepper.  Probably not an issue for most people, but I&#039;ll just toss that out there.  :P  I&#039;ll definitely be making this again!]]></description>
