SOME. this was absolutely a winner from the word go. believe it or not I put the chicken in frozen. I added 1/2 a lemon cut face up placed on top of everything. Don’t know if it made any difference at all. Just wanted it to look cool when I opened it for everyone. Family and friends were all thumbs up. I give it a standing ovation.

I was worried the curry might be too strong, but it was just enough to give it some flavor without being overpowering. It’s interesting how the artichokes take on a different texture after being in a crock pot all day – much softer, but still delicious. Thanks for the recipe!

When I stirred it up the chicken and artichokes fell apart. Everyone loved this from 18 month old baby, to 6 year old son and 9 year old son and 34 year old husband. =) super great. thanx!!
